Kylie Day, Manager of Examinations and Scheduling at une, led the OLX project, introducing online exams to une. Kylie wanted to create an engagement object to help inform and encourage students about the possibility of sitting exams online. The media team worked with kylie to develop a script and storyboard, and organise professional voiceover talent. The resulting animation was created as an isometric 3d representation, to help give the video a relaxed and inviting delivery.

Ed Campbell, Snr Student Support Officer, sought to create a suite of objects that would help students with preparing for study at UNE. Working with Ed the media team decided on three items:

• A diagnostic tool to help students assess their online readiness
• A time management calculator (shown above), and
• An updated student study wall calendar
