Direct soil ingestion - eating, hands (dermal contact), on plants, from animals
Uptake through/on crops
With water - drinking, eating aquatic animals, crop uptake and ingestion
With air - inhalation of dust, gases, vapours
Dermal contact - adsorption of pollutant through skin
